The Bayou 160 has a square back with built-in motor mount on the transom and 53 cubic feet of cargo space.

The hull and deck are made of durable RAM-X high-density polyethylene, which offers high impact resistance and memory capacity (ability to regain original shape after impact), and it's doubled with a ribbed inner liner for superior rigidity. This canoe is equipped with three molded bench seats, drink and rod holders, and aluminum gunnels with protective sleeves. It does not include paddles. It comes fully assembled.
